How does true redaction work? +

When you redact, DocKit doesn't just draw a black box over the text — that would leave the words selectable underneath, which is how real-world leaks happen. Instead, the redacted pages are flattened to an image with the black areas burned in, permanently destroying the underlying text and vectors. The rest of the document keeps its real, selectable text.
